Croatia is in the process of finding a substitue for the MiG-21s. Second hand JAS-39s and F-4s had been on the table, but the most possible candidate are second-hand US F-16s at this time. ^^
Also, Canada is undergoing a contest to chose the new fighter (they seriously wnat to reconsider the F-35 acquisition) so the Typhoon possibility might actually materialize, although the chances are slim on that case.
